John Warner - Co-Founder & owner

John has been involved in the competitive cheerleading industry for over a decade. He began his cheerleading career at the age of 12 at Southern Impact All-Stars where he made it to the Cheerleading World Championship in his first year. As an athlete, John has won countless national titles and placed within the top 3 at Worlds multiple times. After graduating, he still felt as if his work in the industry was not yet finished so he began coaching at Alpha Athletics. As the Gym Director and a head coach for over 7 years, John has led his teams to also win countless national titles, the first summit bid ever awarded to Alpha Athletics, and multiple paid bids to various events. His passion for mentoring children and long term cheerleading and tumbling experience has fueled his desire to create his own program.

Kevin Burkett - Co-founder & owner

Kevin grew up in Greenville, NC where he started his all-star cheerleading career at just 7 years old. He started out cheering at ECCATS, where he worked hard to become a level five athlete. He later joined Cheer Extreme Coed Elite with whom he placed top three multiple times at the Cheerleading Worlds. Coach Kevin’s passion for perfection and drive for success has led him to follow his dream of opening a program. Kevin previously worked and coached full time with Alpha Athletics where he achieved multiple first place wins and received a full paid bid to The One and bid to the Summit. He now has over 7 years experience as a gym owner and head coach.
